Learners at College Street Normal School experience a future focussed education that prepares them for their future. Children are at the centre of our vision for learning. We value each child as an individual and personalise learning to get the best outcomes.

 Through innovative curriculum design, our learners are engaged in rich learning experiences. Learners have multiple opportunities to explore many different areas of learning and develop the competencies, values and knowledge to live happily and successfully in our ever changing world. We empower our children to actively participate in the learning process and lead their learning.

I feel exceptionally proud to be the Principal of College Street Normal School and it is my great pleasure to welcome your family to our school.

College Street Normal School has a long-standing tradition of providing high quality teaching and learning which enables students to strive for excellence in all areas, particularly in literacy and numeracy. We understand that every child learns differently and is unique. Knowing this, we aim to nurture the unique talents and interests of each child by developing quality relationships that enhance the learning experience. We will work in partnership with you to develop the competencies, values and knowledge your child will need to ensure they have a great influence on the world.

Our teachers are creative, innovative and collaborative in their delivery of the curriculum. Our team is highly reflective and forward thinking, consistently challenging themselves to be the best they can be. I am extremely proud of the dedicated and highly skilled team we have here at College Street Normal School.

Opportunities both inside and outside the classroom are plentiful and diverse. Our school enjoys outstanding facilities which helps our teachers deliver an innovative curriculum and rich learning experiences.
