Heavy Machinery & Concrete Slabs - Beware!

Parents are requested to discourage their children from using the school grounds on Saturday. The contractors will be using heavy machinery to bring large concrete slabs on site. Given that there is an element of danger whenever heavy machinery is in use, the contractors would prefer that children were kept well away.

Parents are invited to participate in the first of a series of meetings that will look at the future direction of the school, as well as the Minsitry’s new curriculum document requirements. The meeting will be held on Tuesday evening 9th March in the Staffroom commencing at 7.00pm.

Staff Professional Development - Maths

Last week the Staff had two very inspiring days with Maths consultant Dinah Harvey. Dinah spent time on both days demonstrating ‘best practice’. She was impressed with the high standards that are being achieved at C.S.N.S. but challenged us to take the maths standards even higher.
